These terms apply to your use of this website and the products it hosts — Resume Builder and Job Agent (together, the "Site"), operated by MentorAI ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. It does not need a physical or digital signature.

1. About the Site and our products

The Site describes MentorAI, our services and our products — Resume Builder (AI resume tailoring) and Job Agent (a subscription job-matching digest). Content on the Site is general information, not an offer or a binding commitment. Paid access is governed by these terms plus the subscription terms shown at purchase.

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You must not:

Paid features are offered as weekly or monthly subscriptions, charged in INR through Razorpay. After payment verification, we email you an access code which unlocks the product for the paid period.

4. The services themselves

Resume Builder generates tailored resumes from the content you provide — accuracy is your responsibility. Job Agent emails a digest of job postings matched to your criteria; we aggregate public job listings and do not guarantee any role's availability, accuracy, or outcome of an application. Neither product guarantees employment or interviews.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, text, graphics, software and the MentorAI name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use; any other use needs our written permission. Job listings shown in digests belong to their respective employers and job boards.

5. Information on the Site

We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date but don't guarantee it is complete or current. Prices, features and availability may change without notice.

6. Links and third parties

The Site links to third-party sites we don't control (job boards, Razorpay, Brevo). We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Your data

When you send us a message or pay, you confirm the information you give is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please don't send confidential information. We use your email and phone number to deliver codes, digests and payment communications.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss from your use of the Site or products — including missed job applications or hiring outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change the Site or these terms at any time. The version and effective date at the top show the last change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them or your use of the Site.
